The Property is 19 kilometers (11.8mi) wide at its widest point and with more than 25 kilometers (15.5mi) of mainland oceanfront due west of Ambergris Cay. The Property constitutes one of the largest privately owned blocks of land in the country; nearly 2% of the Belize’s total land mass.
